Question

BD-D5500 Network Issue

I've had no luck connecting my BD-D5500 Blu-ray player to my home network. All of the other components (TV, media server, Sonos amp) all connect just fine using the DHCP service from the router, but this Blu-Ray player can't seem to connect.

I'm sorry you are having an issue with your device. With the
information you have provided, it would be best if you navigate to the Samsung
Support Page and either click on the link to speak with a Live Rep directly
under the "Contact Support" section in the middle of the page or request
service for your device under the "Schedule a Repair" section. You could also
try performing a firmware update and see if that solves your issue. Please have
your BD Player's exact model number and serial number ready for faster assistance.
