Appernatly my Blu Ray has had net flix activated before. How do I get a net activation to come up to register with netflix?

A factory reset will probably do it - means you will have to input all the initial set-up again.
Good luck. Based on what is in this forum, Samsung are incapable of fixing anything relating to Netflix.

You might try holding down the stop button for 15 seconds. The player will reset itself and once you access the Netflix App, you'll be prompted to go to www.netflix.com/activate and enter in the code. Then your queue will come up.
