I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble.
How did the second call "lose your network connection"?
Holding down the STOP button resets the player, so it may be just reattaching the network cable and powering down/up the router.
I bought the unit in Aug and got connected to Internet and started watching YouTube videos but wanted to be able to use 'Favourites' function. It then says you need to get YT account which has four digit code to enter. Not knowing how to get this code I foolishly rang Samsung Customer Help. The first call was useless. The second call lost my Internet connection. The third and fourth calls failed to reconnect. They don't seem to have a clue at all. The second call told me to press the STOP button for more than 5 secs - could that have caused the loss of Internet connection?
How do I get reconnected please?
I have a function on Sat and need it for then.
(Incidentally, a few of days ago and before this problem, it asked me if I wanted to update the software as a new version was available and I said yes and it took about 20 mins or so to download.)
