What part of the streaming cuts out? Is it a specific widget or is it cutting out in general?

Well, after upgrading to firmware 2.02 I started loosing my wireless connection every ten minutes or so. Now I've installed the 2.03 firmware with the same issue. I've done a full reset and left the thing unplugged for more than 15 minutes and I still have the same issue.
If I go in and reselect my wireless access point the thing will reconnect. The same if I turn it off and back on.
I've now talked to five different Samsung reps and gotten numerous stories - including being hung up on once after I had to repeatedly tell the rep that I had fully reset the system.
SAMSUNG - what is going on? Is this problem going to be resolved? The rep who hung up on my told me that trying to go back to the old firmware might cause the unit to die. ALL I WANT IS FOR MY $400 BLU-RAY PLAYER TO DO WHAT I PURCHASED IT FOR!!!
