bcmwltry.exe not found

The ordinal 344 could not be located in the dll COMCTL32.dll. How do I fix it? I'm running WinXP SP3 & have had problems with my wireless connectivity, so decided to delete & reinstall it

Have been on to Dell, and have deleted the Dell drivers, and am using the Windows drivers. All fixed and working now. Confused Thanks for your input.
