There is a grey bar running the full width of the top the screen and is clearly visible when using the BBC iplayer app on my Samsung BD-F6500xu Smart Blu Ray player.
I have tried updating the software (running most up-to-date software), resetting the Blu Ray player and also resetting the Smart Hub but the issue is still there.
I use/prefer Smart Hub Screen Size set to 2. Setting the Smart Hub Screen Size to 3 reduces the height of the grey bar but it is still noticable.
Anyone else have this problem?
