Where the issue lies

This patent dispute is US based and pretty much does not touch outside the borders. Although I could be wrong, but my RIM Rep had discribed this as such. The primary issue is at the back end side at the RIM and Telco's sites that handle the messaging transactions. The technology in question is HOW the messages are pushed to your BB unit.

So whatever fix RIM is talking about will be mostly at their end, and maybe a small patch for those who have the BES server.

That emergency serices such as that ambulance that picks you up will be exempt too.

Would you want your emergency workers to be shut out too?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
