Question

battery life indicator

Feb 22, 2015 1:10AM PST

I have a galaxy tab 2014 10.1 tablet. My problem is that fully charged it will run for about 1 hour playing games which I k now is short, but when I go to plug it in the charge it will start to charge but say I have 3/4 charge already on the charge indicator. Can somebody explain what is going on and how to correct this.

Answer
I'm going with it's not that short.

If you read laptop reviews you see laptops that get 4 to 6 hours or runtime plummet to 60 minutes when gaming. Gaming takes a toll and can drag you into a situation like this. But given it's so new why not exchange it for another so you can be sure you didn't get a dud?

very few seem to be accurate even for "full" and "empty".

DEAR...
You can change the battery or contact service center...
