Why not charge it up and give it another try?
What I'm noticing today is the newest consumers are not accepting having to do this. Unless the experience is perfect they toss the product back even if it was the first charge.
My husband used it the very first time yesterday, Although it was fully charged at 6:30 AM ...... He made several calls during the day and the Battery was totally dead at 5:00 PM. When I set it up with AT&T, I had the internet access, push to talk & data blocked, because he just wants a sturdy phone to make & receive calls. Did I overlook blocking something OR could he have accidentally activated something that drained the battery? Any ideas?
