Running a Galaxy S (captivate).
It recently started drainging the battery very quickly. In battery usage, it's almost totally "cell standby". I have using flight mode, helps a little, but not much. Still wasting a lot of juice on "cell." Sad
Any ideas?
Also, I have it unlcked from AT&T. Any way to sideload apps without rooting? I have a stable wired network to my computer, no wireless. And on a PAYG contract, I'm not intersted in dowloading through the cell network and paying through the roof!
Thanks in advance
