Batman Arkham Asylum runs slow. Could it be GPU?

I have a Sapphire Radeon HD 4650. It plays games like Fear 2, Street Fighter IV, Prince Of Persia (the latest one of course), Bioshock, and the Last Remnant all on the highest settings. Yet Batman AA runs really slow. Shouldn't my PC be able to run it? I have more than enough RAM and a dual core AMD. From what I hear I may need a Physx card. What do you think?

ps. I got a burned copy from my friend. Would I experience the same problem if I purchased it?

Unfortunately

Unfortunately you had to go and include that last line. Assisting with pirated products isn't allowed here. I have no particular moral issue with pirating software, but if you pirate software you're on your own to provide any and all support.

(NT) Yep, that "burned copy" gets this discussion locked.
