Batch Resizing of Photos

Does anyone know of any software to batch resize photos which works with windows?

There are many tools that do batch resizing and at the same time there are some differences between these tools in terms of design and processing.

I use BatchPhoto for various batch editing operations including resizing because it's a software easy to work with.

Try ACDSEE for batsh resize/rename or appling other effects. It's a very good software.
