From http://study.com/noc_technician_training.html I'd say most of the computer science stuff isn't really necessary, so I would concentrate on what they teacht at network administration, engineering and information technology courses. A few Cisco certificate and the 5 years of experience mentioned could be very useful also.
Since you say you're a NOC technician already, why not consult the HRM department about the possibilites for a company supported learning path (short courses, eventing study, certifications) or in your regular meetings discuss with your manager how to best combine your talents and interests with the needs of the company.

so a little about me, Im a 24 year old NOC technician, i have attempted to go to school and feel its just not for me
now my question is I want to further my career without going back to school yet I really want to know as a NOC technician what Certifications and specializations should i focus on and have a deeper knowledge of, i know some points im working on (slowly) but i was looking for people to help me to sift through the muck and get to what i absolutely need
