although perhaps it's just semantics - some here refer to BBQ'ing as "smoking" and yes, others say "grilling" to distinguish from a separate fire-box type setup which gives s convection-oven effect.

Although, I did used to get good deals on Country style pork ribs... but that will have to wait till cold weather and slaughterin time rolls around once again.
