Bandwidth shaping appliances?

Plenty of options. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm looking for something pretty affordable (2-5K range).

For 2-5K I'd say look at something like Netequalizer. I've used Packeteer and NE and the latter ended up doing the trick for a lot less.

Thanks for the advice. Apparently Netequalizer will be Calea compliant, so I may try that.
