Baltimore Burning

Apr 27, 2015 12:50PM PDT

All over the news. Mayor says to let them destroy some things. Police cars burned. Senior Citizen's center burned. CVS pharmacy looted then burned. Looting in progress many places. Other fires breaking out. Murders happening in the streets. Violence going unchecked. National Guard to come tomorrow. Worst since MLK death in April 1968. Police ineffective, failing to shoot looters, failing to perform their duty properly, failing to protect property. Disgusting display of anarchy in action when authority fails to take necessary steps to end it.

YOUR claim

What appeared to be a murder being reported at the time he posted has turned out to be someone in critical condition, and that someone may still die according to reports late last night.

ONLY reference to "critical condition" in your link,, NO mention of "murder"

From your link

At least 20 officers were wounded in the unrest, according to Capt. Kowalczyk. One person is in critical condition as a result of a fire, he said.

Did they tie the person to a stake and set him/her on fire? THAT would be murder....AND make a sensational headline...NOT a 2 line paragraph in the middle of a story.

Previously you heard snippets and filled in the missing bits with what you think you heard, NOW it's spreading to what you think you read.

The fires were deliberately set
Apr 29, 2015 12:28AM PDT

and according to OUR laws, if a person dies because of that, it's MURDER.

How is any of this a 'snippet', JP?

How come the news link you provided
Apr 29, 2015 12:54AM PDT

didn't use the term "murder"...YOU claimed you heard the term "murder" provided a link using "critical condition" and "fire"...NO mention of "murder" THAT's what I asked you to provide...you didn't.

What appeared to be a murder being reported at the time he posted has turned out to be someone in critical condition, and that someone may still die according to reports late last night.

What "appeared to be a murder"...the person is in "critical condition" STILL LIVING I know you can explain THAT discrepancy.

Murdered 2 days ago...still breathing....go figure.

Contrary to your statement
Apr 29, 2015 3:57AM PDT

"YOU claimed you heard the term "murder"....I actually DIDN'T so perhaps you can show me where I did..........

What I said was that it was reported early in the morning that someone was murdered and that's what James posted. YOU then stated two hours later that you couldn't find anything about 'murder' as if James lied or embellished deliberately, which he didn't do.

Then I posted today that the news report last night was that someone was in critical condition.......I DIDN'T state how or why, and I let the link I provided give those details instead.

THEN I posted that IF that person dies because of the fire that was deliberately set by rioters, the person responsible would be/could be charged with murder according to our laws here because it happened during the commission of another crime of arson.

Chronological order of SE and news events explained.

So....what is your problem now? Probably nothing....go figure.

In the post you just responded to?

What appeared to be a murder being reported at the time he posted has turned out to be someone in critical condition, and that someone may still die according to reports late last night.

Do you respond just to hear the click clack of your keyboard?

Another phrase missing is someone may still die

The press doesn't need any help creating hysteria.

Apr 29, 2015 4:50AM PDT

that my actual FACTS are correct, and in the actual timelines of not only the news reports and what was being posted here in SE?

"Critical condition".....PC language for being very close to death, so the possibility that murder charges would be/could be coming in the future is real.

What part don't you get yet? AND.....when is 'terrible' enough for you to even comment on what has happened in Baltimore? I asked before and you've chosen to ignore by deflect and divert as usual.

I'm done.....I'll wait for somebody with real intelligence to enter this thread since you clearly aren't trying to use any here because nonsense is more your style.

I have no idea, I haven't seen any prove of your "facts", you said you hear something on the news, didn't provide a link that states what you claimed you heard.

So it's all hearsay or heresy, as I refer to most of your posts.

You don't know the definition of the word? Because the news stations are now arguing over the word "thug" being "racist". The idiocy continues in the liberal media news and their slavish catering to the race based organizations and reverends without a church.

A Dundalk community is on edge after a large group, mostly made up of juveniles from a nearby school, viciously beat a man almost to death. It happened just before 1 p.m. Wednesday in the 500 block of 45th Street in the Harbor View area. So far, police have made two arrests in the case -- both juveniles. One will be tried as a juvenile, the other an adult. Residents said there has been an ongoing problem with students leaving nearby Baltimore Community High School, and that something needs to be done. Police, friends and family said two girls, who witnesses describe as students from the nearby Baltimore Community High School, were fighting near a green pickup truck that belongs to 61-year-old Richard Fletcher. Police said Fletcher tried to break up the fight but was then attacked by other juveniles and adults, some of them students at the school, who were watching the fight. Fletcher spent several days in a coma. (more at article)

Did Freddie (Freddy) have bone problems?
Apr 29, 2015 9:46PM PDT

Just gets more interesting. Seems Freddie listed an auto accident for which he filed a claim. Some reports say it involved spinal surgery, others such as this one refute that claim. There WAS a court settlement for lead poisoning of him and his sister during their development years and it's a well known fact in medical circles that such lead poisoning can have a weakening effect on bone development. More likely though is the recent report from another arrestee who was in the paddy wagon and reported Freddie seemed intent on deliberately harming himself. Why? Perhaps to claim he was injured by "police brutality"?

- Collapse -
A doctor's report
Apr 29, 2015 11:00PM PDT

submitted as another possibility.....Freddie had asthma and, as a drug user himself, the 'banging' sound heard by the other prisoner in the van could have been the result of a severe epileptic seizure that caused his head to bang against the walls uncontrollably, and which may have resulted in the spinal injury (and if he had had previous surgery to that area of his spine, it could have aggravated or reinjured the same past injury).

Won't know anything until next week since the actual autopsy report is only going to the prosecutor's office tomorrow and not publicly released as promised.
