hi this is baljinder chohan bally, from where can i download free bluetooth software for iPhone to send fole to any OS.? From where i can download it without any cost.?

Apps for the iPhone can be downloaded from the App Store. That's built-in the OS. Pick th one you like.
Of course, the PC needs to have bluetooth also. Not many PC's have. Then you use iCloud to transfer the files.
