Question

Bad sound quality

by Syrinx77 / November 10, 2015 10:48 PM PST

On a pc using Windows 7 here. I suddenly have thin, weak sounding audio from my laptop's speakers. Sounds like a terrible EQ setting.
I do know that it changed after I tried fixing a hanging/lagging issue. I'd disabled a bunch of stuff from the start up & that seemed to fix the lagging, but then...

So, how can I restore it back to that full, rich sound?
Thanks!

You could factory restore it and then it will be good as new unless there's a hardware issue.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
