Question

Bad authentication response received from server.

Just updated my TechTracker and I get this message when I try to run a scan. Using an HP TouchSmart 300, FireFox 6.0.1. Checked security to be sure CNET TechTracker is excepted in Firewall.
Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
