guys plz can i know is there a software or way to backup a folder live i will be updating the file constantly and i cant move the file form its current destination or it will not work plz help me guys

Since the file is open even if the backup up copied it out, the copy would be corrupt as you don't know if the changes have been committed. Remember I'll skip duplication what's been written on this over the decades.
When I want to backup my Outlook PST for example I close Outlook for this reason.
