Backup of home network...

May 7, 2006 6:41PM PDT

Hello,
I have an office with 2 computers. The hard disks on both computers are partitioned. What is the best backup strategy for the home network???

Thanks in advance.

Burn what you can't afford to loose. Documents, data, pictures, emails, etc. Don't try to back up programs. I've never been a fan of backup programs, I just save what I don't want to loose, and do it about once a week.

back up one comp to another

The best way is perhaps to ''http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/ and all the necessary data of one computer to another one. It is very unlikely both comps to become unbootable at the same time so it will be the best way IMHO. Just in case you may create a backup on CDs or DVDs.

Re : Do u have any soft ?

it depends on soft u want to back up with.
e.g. there are softs which allows u to create back up
on DVD disk, there are Enterprise softs(there are more expensive) maybe u'd better buy 2 back up licence with
some discount ...
