backup for Outlook 2000

What is the best way to backup data from Outlook 2000? I would like to have a full backup of my address book and all sent and received messages in their respective folders, and also all archived messages. I also would like to know what the procedure would be to restore all this data should I need it.

OL2000 BACKUP

Into http://www.google.com and it's in the top findings.

Fair warning. If you make up another method, then be sure to test it so you know it works.
