Question

Backing Up/Sharing Music

Nov 8, 2011 5:34AM PST

I am looking for some advice on backing up my various types of digital media and sharing them. What I am currently doing is using a robo copy command to mirror all data on my drive to a NAS. It is a iomega Home Media Drive cloud edition. I think it is pretty cool because I am not a IT savy guy and it maps directors as drive letters on my machine with out the need for a VPN to my home network. Anyway I have everything dump to a directory called "backup"I travel at times for work and I have a wife with a desktop in the house. What I would like to achieve is to have all her music "backup" or copy to the NAS directory labeled music, have all my music backup to the NAS music folder. I also want it to take any music she places in the directory on the NAS and copy it to my machine's music directory and vice versa. Is this something that is doable or something that anyone has any opinions on? I am hoping to have this same theory apply to our pictures and movies directory.
