I am not aware of any freeware, but try CloneCD or CloneDVD2. Both available from Slysoft.com You can download it for free for 30 days and then buy if you like the program. They will only work on non-copy protected disks.

Provided the CDs are not copy-protected and it's not a violation of the licensing agreement, you can use the software that came with your computer/drive or CDBurnerXP (free). If you have two drives, just pop the CD in the one and a blank CD in the burner, then use the software to copy all files from the original to the blank. If you only have the one drive, copy the contents of the CD to your hard drive, then burn it to CD. Just make sure you include any/all hidden files as well.
