Backing up files

Jun 10, 2005 2:05PM PDT

XP Home

I can easily back up all my JPG, MP-3, and Word files by just copying the MY Documents folder to a CD.

Is there an easy way to back up Email files? I use Outlook Express and my wife uses Outlook.

Thanks

Open OE then left click on Tools -> Options -> Maintenence -> Store Folder.

If your desired destenation folder is not deplayed then left click Change -> Select desired destenation folder -> OK -> OK.

Or if yowant to backup just one email then select (left click on) the email you want to save then left click on File -> Save As -> select the folder you want to save it to and left click on Save.

I'm not familiar with Outlook, but it's probably in the Help file.
