Background setting in windows XP

Hi,
I don't have permission to set an image as a background in my office. What am i to do to enable that feature? Help me out...

Its for my office system.

Many office systems are locked down.

It also means we get to ask our IT staffer to unlock such things.

Your office, or the office where you work?

If this is the office where you work you will need to discuss the problem with the IT person.

Then as has been said...

As Bob says, that Desktop Wallpaper setting has likely been fixed by the IT Department and your next step is to discuss your needs with them.
