More I-Frames per second?
It's buried in the bowels of encoding software.
Bob
I have a mini-DV capture in AVI format that plays great on my computer using Windows Media Player, etc. However, when I convert this to MPEG-2, I see the quality is poorer, especially when there is motion involved. It becomes blurred during the motion and things are not nearly as clear as the AVI. I have tried numerous software, such as DVDSanta, WinAVI, AVIMpeg, FlaskMPEG, etc. But to no avail.
Any ideas in this regards would be most welcome.
Thanks.
Ciao
