AVI files not readable !

by Subra / December 12, 2006 5:57 PM PST

I am using an external TV tuner card with USB connection (INTEX USB2.0 TV BOX) and using the bundles software TVR2.5.

I am using it to record my favourite TV channel programs for watching later.

It is working fine.
But 2 days back possibly I did not stop the recording and shutdown the PC.

This file is an 1GB file but windows media player ver 11 does not play this file. It gives an error. "Windows media player cannot play this file. The player may not support the file type or codec"

Is there any way to view this file ??

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
