1. Figuring out what encoding to use. No, I don't have your phone (I have the Sprint Evo 4G) but you still need to figure that out.
2. Finding the right software. Even when I tell folk I use the SUPER video transcoder they seem to not find it even when I link to it. I no longer write more than this. It is worth the effort.
3. Once they find it, they want a tutorial. I don't have one handy but SUPER is worth the effort. I suggest you find it and learn how to use it. It solves many issues like this.
