** Multiple instances of avgsrmax.exe process running **

A few AVG users noted there are quite a few avgsrmax.exe processes running on their systems. Developers found a problem with terminating these processes and have immediately rectified this issue. A fix is available within the AVG 10.0.1388 program version released recently. Please see paragraph 1 for more information on how to update your AVG.

** AVG update could not be finished on FreeBSD systems **

One AVG for Linux (and BSD) user notified us on AVG Free Forum that the update procedure is not working properly. Although it was reported only by one user, it affected all users due to nature of this issue. It was caused by enabling compression of particular header files on servers while the client was not able to parse them properly and was not able to finish the update process. We have immediately fixed this issue on server (there is no need to take any action from users' point of view) and the update procedure works correctly.
