AVG support team response times

Purchased AVG Internet Security 2011 on Sunday which isn't working. No response from Technical Support and I wondered if anyone knew their usual response times.

AVG support has currently received more questions about new product AVG 2011 and their answers could be slightly delayed. Apologies for this situation.

What is the AVG# email identifier of your technical support request? I could look at it, if possible to solve over CNET forum.

Thanks for the offer.

I have now had a response and sent some files to AVG and am awaiting a further reply. I am just finding it difficult not knowing approximate timescales.
