AVG Rescue CD

How do I create a AVG Rescue CD? They show in detail how to make a bootable utililty on a flash drive, but I can't find that type of detail for a CD, other than how to use it once it's created. I can open the makeboot utility on a flash drive, but I can't manipulate content on a CD once it is created. With the fear of screwing up Windows, I'm afraid to open it and then transfer to the CD. By the way, the infected computer won't boot from the flash drive, so the CD looks like the only route. Thanks for any help - I just don't want to take chances.

CD Problem

I guess my basic question is how to open a iso zip file and get it to CD with the makeboot utility opened, without harming my good computer with the Linux boot app.
