AVG not Working

My Ms office documents are affected by virus and AVG antivirus not working on it.

- Why do you think they contain a virus?
- If you send such a document to www.virustotal.com, what does it say about the contents?
- It's best, when possible, to get the original clean documents from your backup, once you're sure they won't be infected again.

If your antivirus program doesn't remove the virus, and others do, maybe switch?
