If the situation still persists, please provide us with email identifier of the communication with our technical support (should be part of the initial auto-response email). Or open my CNET profile and send me some of your identifier used in the purchase registration in AVG system or part of the license number.

I purchased a 3 user/1 year license CD on April 14 2010. I had to reboot my main computer-Dell Desktop and that required reloading my CD on to the system, howver all it replies is that my license has expired. I sent emails to AVG (sales@avg.com) as instructed by their Canadian representative but so far no answers. Maybe i should just go back to Norton at least they could reply within 24 hours.
