Avast you suck! Your customer service is worse than AT&T and Sprint put together. You are asked to submit a ticket for billing issues. Then you can wait for 2-3 months, call back, and be told to submit a ticket. They do not allow you to talk to a supervisor. They block you at every road. I feel sorry for tech support because they get the brunt of the customer complaints but you leave no other choice for the costumer. The nice tech guy said he would forward me information on how to get a refund... I got the link to submit another ticket. I asked him how many tickets do I have to submit to get a response he promptly transferred me to the feedback survey. It would be worth the expense to sue the **** out of the company regarding their highly unethical customer service and billing practices. FYI: This will also go on the twitter page!
