Avast 7 won't allow site running java help

playing at website Gamepoint. worked fine. I have Avast Premier, and I think the firewall is blocking Java. How do I fix this issue?

avast! doesn't block java but will block ab infected site. Why are you still running an outdated version of avast! ???

Hi, try disabling the avast and check the same. Also disable the firewall and try java app. Mostly if you try this i believe you able to access java.

Also check whether you are using updated version of AVAST.

With recent versions of Java, Java itself is blocking Java for security reasons. You have to put the site on the exception list in Control Panel>Java if it doesn't have the right security of its own.
