I don't know what software or kit you used but in software you usually have some audio delay or gain (as in time) setting to help with this.

There's a lot to learn about ripping the CD to some file to be edited so take time to learn what your video editor does. There is no way to write a step by step here because there are dozens of video editors out. We have to remain generic for now.

If you have a CD and want to play it on a computer, go get VLC PLAYER since it has a time adjustment to help with bad sync. Here's an article about that:

So for that player it's pretty easy. Just press J or K to move the sync around.
