Autotext updating

Jul 22, 2010 5:32AM PDT

Word 2007 on Coprorate Network Windows Vista
I have a very large library of autotext items that I created b4 upgrade to current version of Word. I am constantly updating many of them because they are phone #'s etc that change frequently. Now, when I go to update an autotext by selecting the name and hitting Alt/F3, I get a dialogue box in which besides specifying the "Name" (which I had to do in the previous version) I also have to specify "Gallery" and "Save In". The default for Gallery is "Building Block" (I want AutoText) and for "Save In" is "Building Blocks.dotx" (I want Normal.dotm), so now I'm doing a lot more work for each revision than I used to. Is there a different way to change the saved text for a given autotext name or is there a way to change the defaults in the dialogue box from Alt/F3 so that Autotext and Normal.dotm are the default choices?

Thanks,
Ludovico
