Goto Windows Update through your browser, (Start > All Programs > Windows Update, at the top of the list).
Let Microsoft scan your computer for validation and then to find out which updates are needed. Then you can download each update manually. Its not likely that you will need SQLDUMPER, so you can hide it from the list of updates.
See if that works.

Automatic updates are continually trying and failing to update my system. One of the popups I get is: "SQLDUMPER library failed initialization. Your installation is either corrupt or has been tampered with. Please uninstall then re-run setup to correct this problem."
I restored to an earlier date and that went away. But, I'm still not getting my updates done. Last Tuesdays are (KB928365, 928366, and 928367). Help~Rose~
