Automatic Channel Changing TV Remote

I saw a couple of reviews that maybe hinted at the possibility that a tv remote could be programmed to change channels automatically at a given time. This is the one feature I am looking for in a remote control. I'm not looking for a box, this technology should be able to exist on a hand-held universal remote. Are there any?

Most remotes do not have time pieces so that means more cost and now a small computer, etc.

Research http://www.novii.tv/ which is almost there if they put in a scheduler.

Research IR BLASTER and I bet someone has written something to do this from the PC.
