Auto start of Safari with Snow Leopard

by chatmandu7451 / December 31, 2010 3:06 AM PST

I installed snowleopard on my Imac (intel) and everything works fine. Safari now starts every time I turn on computer. How can I stop Safari from automatically booting up when starting computer?

you need to take a look at System Preferences > Accounts and click on the Login Items tab.

You will probably see Safari in there somewhere.

Remove it by selecting it and clicking the "-" sign

Problem should now be solved
