Question

Auto send and receive

I want to disable auto send and receive. When I go to my aftermarket spam filter I never see any mail, it has evidently been going to Windows live mail automatically. I want to preview all of my mail and set my filters in Mailwasher. Even though I had Outlook 2007 on here as my default mail, it went to Widows Live Mail.

I agree with the guy a few posts back, WLM sucks. Matter of fact I think windows sucks, they seem to make things more difficult to do with every new upgrade.

send receive

I do not need to know how to disable in Outlook. I need to disable auto send/receive in Windows Live Mail.

This is a Windows 7 forum, Windows 7 does not have Outlook, not as far as I know. I did put 2007 on here but WLM is over riding Outlook.

Thanks. So far the answer I have is no.

Other than File/Work Offline and CLOSING WLM, I have not read anywhere you can disable this in WLM.

I guess I could write why this is, but as it stands, the answer I have is no.
