I'm reading https://troubleshootmyvehicle.com/jeep/4.0L/fuel-pump-wiring-diagram and you should be seeing voltage on ORG/DK BLU wire on the relay. If you don't see it there, you trace back to the ASD. If there's power there then you check at the pump.

That said I had this poor fellow check all that and they forgot to test the ground at the pump and it was open. So while everything on the power side was good, the ground turned out to be defective.

All skill levels show up here so some basic electrical knowledge is needed and if you don't have that, a mechanic or shop is best.
