Dell may have some corporate issue with SPYWARE. These PARASITES such as home-page hijackers and more are usually easily cured with the Anti-Parasite Suite I noted at http://reviews.cnet.com/5208-6132-0.html?forumID=32&threadID=1313&start=0
If this cures it, then ask your Dell rep next time why SPYWARE is not noted by them to be a problem?

OK, I have tried everything I can possibly think of to fix this problem and now I am just going crazy. I have windows XP and when using internet explorer.. my homepage keeps getting reset back to http://t.rack.cc/hp.php ... be careful. It is some kind of credit card something or other. However, it WONT leave me alone. I have cleared cookies, deleted temp. files. Reset homepage address a hundred times. even put the site under restricted zones. STILL COMES BACK EVERY TIME!! I have run AdAware, McAfee, and Stinger. The worst part is that it keeps putting icons on my desktop.. one is called TONEX.. gets worse. Now my spell checker on email wont work because it says something about trying to open a PictureIt! program... to check spelling???? UGH, SOMEBODY HELP ME! I have called dell and they weren't much help. so I am begging for help here! thanks!
