Authorization Required

May 20, 2010 1:12AM PDT

When I try to sign into a site using my e-mail and password I get a white page with the heading
AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED: The server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested.
It also mentions a 404 Not Found error.
I'm using Mozilla Firefox, but I also get the same page with internet explorer. I have Windows XP.
I've tried to sign in several times so I'm sure I've got the password and e-mail right.
How can I prevent this problem?

A strange site.

Very little by way of support indicators, eg no FAQ, no separate Help page, no "About us".

In the "Learn more" page I see; "Scale of loarind free clips". I have no idea what 'loarind' means.

Their "Terms & Conditions" page has this;

"Friendly fraud and abuse by disputing the transaction with the issuing bank will result in immediate disqualification from future sales and you will be banned from ordering from our sites. We take fraud very seriously and will actively report cases of fraud to the local authorities for further prosecution".

Friendly fraud?

In the same page, they describe their Force Majeure;

"ClipCash shall not be responsible for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, such as fire, flood, earthquakes, hurricanes, tropical storms or other natural disasters; war, riot, arson, embargoes, acts of civil or military authority, or terrorism; fiber cuts; strikes, or shortages in transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials; failure of the telecommunications or information services infrastructure; hacking, SPAM, or any failure of a computer, server or software, including Y2K errors or omissions, for so long as such event continues to delay the Site?s performance".

Notice their concerns about Y2K in that "Force Majeure" statement. Considering that apparent threat was over 10 years ago, I have to wonder where that statement came from, may be copied from elsewhere?

Their Home Page does have Support details, only in my Firefox it is hidden, eg white font on a white background. I wonder why they did that. The details are;

Customer Service Support
1 (88Cool 834-0321 or outside the U.S. at 1 (772) 539-0895 anytime from 8am - 11pm est.

Please contact us at info@clipcash.comfor any questions or problems.

Possibly that is your best bet for resolving this, but personally I wouldn't be too hopeful.
