AUDIOVOX SMT 5600 HELPP!!

hey, does anyone know how i can charge my smt5600 with a usb cord hooked to the computer, my computer wont recognize the phone.. Do i need the 'audiovox' usb cord or can i just use any usb cord? ORR do i need to have some special software? THANKSS

you can use any USB cable, there is nothing specific about any particular brand... now the computer has to recognize the phone. You need the software/driver.
