Here my audiobook was a MP3 and that worked fine.

I've been following the excellent advice on how to transfer an audiobook, not iPod format, to my iPod. I've done everything up until I'm told to go the "Advanced" and select Join CD Tracks. This option, despite numberous retracking of my steps, consistently shows Join CD Tracks as non-bold, i.e., it cannot be selected. Any ideas why, and more importantly, any ideas of how to overcome this problem?
