There is a way to install a new headphone jack but only a tech would do the modification. It's all of 3 wires so it is trivial for almost all electronics technicians. You may have to put a volume control in that output from that jack then to a BlueTooth Audio TxMitter.
So solveable with a good tech.
So I have the aforementioned devices in one set up at home. (Xfinity 1 DVR Box, Dish Network DVR Box, Samsung Blu-Ray, Sony wireless AV headphones.) Even if I had a PlayStation gaming console included, this question will still be valid.
Q: How do I get my sony wireless headphones to work for more than one device at a time, without having to take the AV cables out of one box to the box that I want to listen to, without Toslink (as I have 4 devices, and if Toslink works, then tell me which model number), and also to me, it just sounds like an easy solution, as all audio is currently coming out of the Samsung TV, so why not hook up the headphones to the TV, well..... I tried and it doesn't work. I do have a Digital Out (Optical) port on the back of the Samsung, but from everything I have read that's more for shutting down your TV speakers to work external (including Headphones) speakers to work. I want to be able to get audio from the Headphones, as well as the TV, from which ever box or unit I decide to be watching at that particular time. PLEASE HELP, and once answered, I will be more than happy to plaster the answer anywhere and everywhere on the internet.
This question has been asked before and some of the people posted this question and one actually had the nerve to say that she solved it, but did say how she did. Other's posted this question, but never checked up on it.
