could any one tell me a good software for merging mp3 and video clips?

It really depends on what do you mean by "loin" oops, I mean "join" and "merge". Grin

if you just want to redub the video, VirtualDub is one of the best free tools available.

If you want to mix in multiple tracks of video and audio, then you'll need a more professional editor like Sony Vegas.

So, be more specific, will ya?
