Can't say much

I can't say exactly what is causing the problem? Are you sure that hardware is working fine? If you have considered other software, I presume there is no setting issues.

Keep in mind that takes a lot of horsepower.

I'd like to see a current i7 with 8 or more GB RAM plus a high end video card. Only then do I see such captures work and even then I find we have to reduce it to 1080 or less displays with less than full effects.

"More power Scotty!"

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
